BY KRISTI J. PAULSON

Southwestern Law Review....December 2021
It all started with an email from Justice Gary Hastings (ret.), California Court of appeals asking me if I would be wiling to participate in the Online Courtroom Project (OCP). Justice Hastings said he had read my recent Bench and Bar article, "Jury Trials In the covid-19 era." He asked me to participate in the Courts in the Covid-19 Era symposium and write an article on the future of mediation following covid-19. My article has been accepted for publication in the Southwestern Law Review and will be published in December 2021.
